CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who do not cancel within 24 hours or who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the cost of the services booked. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so the first infraction will be excused. However, any repeated occurrence will result in the 30% cancellation fee being applied.
